AUDIOMETRY ACOUSTICS
Audiometry is a branch of audiology and the science of measuring hearing acuity for variations in sound intensity and pitch and for tonal purity, involving thresholds and differing frequencies. Typically audiometric tests determine a subjects hearing levels with the help of an audiometer but may also measure ability to discriminate between different sound intensities, recognized pitch, or distinguish speech from background noise.
These audiometric tests are performed in audiometric rooms (sound proof rooms) or audiology booths.
A & A Acoustic Solution has a couple of years experience in research, designing, manufacturing, and installation of audiology rooms and booths. A & A Acoustic Solutions, sound treated rooms and booths are custom built, economically priced with nil maintenance and optimum performance.
The acoustic absorbing material which is used in the work has the ability to attain 50% insertion loss and to attenuate incident sound energy from frequencies that are concentrated in the 125 to 8000 Hzs range to meet the ANSI (American National Standard Institute) Standards.
